At Tuft & Paw, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it securely to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier drop-off location. Ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
